Integral Group Is Proud To Be A Fitwel Champion

Integral Group has signed on as a Fitwel Champion, and already has several registered Fitwel Ambassadors from across the globe. Fitwel is a cost-effective, high-impact building certification system that optimizes building occupant health and productivity through targeted improvements to workplace design and operational policies. Fitwel has also been honored as one of the 2017 Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Social Good by Fast Company, in which it was recognized for its ability to catalyze industry transformation of workplaces to promote health. Earlier this year, Integral committed to certifying four offices in three countries – Vancouver, Oakland, Toronto, and London.

“We always challenge ourselves to push the needle forward towards regenerative and healthy buildings, and we look for partners with the same vision. As Fitwel Champions, we can continue our ongoing commitment to sustainability and wellness for the industry at large, beginning with healthier and happier workspaces for our employees,” explains Kevin Hydes, Integral Group CEO & President.

The Center for Active Design, the operator of Fitwel, recently announced its Fitwel Champions, leading companies, and institutions that have committed to applying Fitwel’s evidence-based design and operational strategies in all or a portion of their real estate workplace portfolios. As a Fitwel Champion, Integral will continue to create and shape the built environment by supporting key initiatives for a better future.

Integral’s Fitwel Ambassadors look forward to helping create healthy, safe, and nurturing spaces and will be managing the Fitwel Certification process for Integral’s offices. Integral team members from several offices have received certification, including the following: Emily Codlin, Simon Ebbatson, Ben Galuza, Ed Garrod, David Glossop, Brian Goldsmith, Rob Harris, Catherine James O’Hare, James Tosh, Megan White, and Aaron Wouters.
