    Goran has over 20 years of experience working as an engineer and energy consultant and is recognized as a global player in energy efficiency and sustainable building design. His contributions and work on international projects in Europe provides him with a unique perspective on design and documentation in North America. Goran has been responsible for many innovative projects in energy- efficient design and analysis including pioneering the use of various HVAC systems such as radiant cooling systems, capillary radiant systems, variable refrigerant flow and displacement ventilation. He has implemented his holistic and innovative design approach to the award-winning Millennium Water (Southeast False Creek) development, a LEED Platinum Neighborhood Development, and the VanDusen Garden Visitors Center, targeting LEED Platinum and the Living Building Challenge.

    Matt is well known in the green building industry for his advocacy of sustainability both at work and in his private life.  With over 25 years of experience Matt was recognized in 2017 as one of the most exceptional professionals in the green building industry, and honoured with GBCI’s most prestigious designation award as a LEED Fellow for his significant contributions to the green building community

    In addition to his leadership in LEED he became one of the first WELL Accredited Professional in Alberta and is working on the first WELL project in Alberta. He has been active in the promotion of other third-party verified green building rating systems such as Living Building Challenge, Built Green, Green Globes, the CaGBC’s Net Zero Carbon certification and more.

    Matt’s work and credibility in the industry has been proven time and again by his outstanding leadership in the green building movement. He motivates all of us to continue the charge forward in creating sustainable, healthy and connected communities through the built environment.

    Andrej is a Professional Engineer with experience in mechanical engineering applied to building systems and sustainable design. In the last 20 years he has worked in the HVAC contracting, HVAC manufacturing and design, and consulting industries developing in-depth knowledge of building systems design and operation, LEED, energy simulations and commissioning (Cx). He assists engineers improve their designs, contractors deliver fully operational systems and building operators acquire advanced knowledge of complex building systems

  • Associate Principal, Calgary

    Menush is an experienced professional engineer with experience in modelling and monitoring the energy use of buildings and providing energy efficiency advice on architectural designs, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. In the last ten years she has worked in the buildings sector, assisting engineers improve their designs and monitor the energy use of buildings to help building owners operate their buildings as intended, for optimal energy savings.

    Erik is passionate about creating the most sustainable and healthiest buildings to enhance the built environment. With strong expertise in green building rating systems, wellness-centered design strategies, and integrated design, he excels at working with clients and project teams to deliver high-performing buildings. His attention to detail and process-oriented approach allows him to succeed in coordinating a wide range of disciplines to meet the project goals.
    Erik has been consulting for over fifteen years including one of the first WELL building standard projects in Alberta, a LEED Platinum office, and several LEED Gold facilities. He has been involved with the Built Green High Density program in Alberta and has contributed to the development of the BG High Density Renovations Pilot program.
