Integral Group’s Alameda Main Library project recently achieved the LEED v4 Gold certification from the United States Green Building Council.  This is the first time this level of certification in the newest LEED version has been awarded to a public library. We are pleased to announce that the ‘Lewisham Southwark College – Phase 1‘ project has won the Architect Journal’s 2015 Retrofit Award in the ‘Higher Education’ category. The £8 million phase, part of the larger £40 million scheme, will provide the college with the majority of their site opposite Southwark tube station with new accommodation. Since its completion, the Airside Operations Building (AOB) has improved safety and efficiency of operations and emergency services to Vancouver International Airport. Previously spread around the airport, the new integrated facility has merged airside operations, maintenance and support teams into one building.
