The scheme provides a structured period of training and experience for suitability qualified trainees to enable them to work towards membership of CIBSE and Engtech, IEng or Chartered Engineer (CEng) registration with the UK Engineering Council (EC-UK). It will also enable Elementa to develop the innovation experienced engineers committed to a deep green sustainable approach to building systems delivery that they need for the future. This approach will also shine through to benefit our clients bringing about continuous improvement through quality management.

Our Principal, Brian Goldsmith, who enthusiastically led the development of the scheme with absolute support from our leadership team says “The approval of this scheme is another fantastic step forward in establishing Elementa as a company whose dedication to excellence is at the heart of everything we do and formalises our process for developing talent.
