Staples Mill Centre

Staples Mill Center is an 80-acre mixed-use complex being developed on the site of an old residential complex. Which will consist of 50,000-square-feet of office space, 150,000-square-feet of retail space on the ground level and two residential multi-story buildings (390 units each) with retail on the ground level wrapped around a parking deck. The fully build out project includes amenities such as health club, full-service restaurant, fast food, large grocery chain, various small merchants and a 3 story 55,000-square-feet public library, designed as a centerpiece for the community.

Integral Group was selected as the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineer for the design of the buildings and assist on the Master Planning of the site to work alongside Commonwealth Architect of Richmond VA. Integral’s experience with sustainable, mixed use projects was an important factor in being selected.
