Silver Spring Library Residence

The Silver Spring Library Residence is located in Downtown Silver Spring Maryland. The development features an 11 story high with 129 condominium units with 6 model types. This project includes approximately 10,000 square foot of shell retail space, one level of structured parking totaling 18,000 square foot below the tower and the remainder of the site. The building features a lobby, fitness center, a club room as an extension of the second floor level above the retail and a rooftop penthouse totaling 3,000 square foot .

Integral Group was retained to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consulting engineering services for this residential project. Integral Group is providing energy modeling and a complete submission requirement for engineering related credit for the 2011 Enterprise Green Communities Criteria Certification.
