North Road & Valkyrie Primary Care Centres

This project consisted of the delivery for two new primary care centres. The developments are set over two floors and include a pharmacy, multiple GP practices, consulting rooms, blood taking facilities and community nursing services. The centre will also be used for community activities such as Health Watch meetings, as well as training sessions for various groups, including fire warden training and school nurse training.

Elementa provided all mechanical, electrical and public health services for the development including sustainable strategies and BREEAM services.

The building incorporates a range of sustainable strategies including biomass boilers, and rainwater harvesting which enable the buildings to achieve a BREEAM rating of “Excellent”.
