The project comprised the fitout and refurbishment of 4 floors, 28,000 ft² (2600 m²) to provide flexible serviced office accommodation. Within this, Integral/Elementa provided new contemporary receptions with flexible break out areas, meeting room suites, large comms rooms, new supplementary ventilation & air conditioning system, energy efficient lighting design, aesthetic lighting in a contemporary office space with full height glazing and integral blinds.

Integral/Elementa’s work here included the upgrade of the air-conditioning, provision of communications room UPS and small power and energy efficient lighting. Further to this, Elementa modified all existing M&E services to accommodate the new functions.
