3355 North Road

3355 North Road will be situated in the Lougheed Town Centre on North Road in Burnaby, BC as a part of the broader Burquitlam community development. This mixed-use development will comprise residential, retail and commercial components, as specified below:

• Tower 1, 36 stories – 276 units
• Tower 2, 32 stories – 254 units
• Residential – 500,598 sq ft
• Office – 155,844 sq ft
• Retail – 17,072 sq ft

This site will house a central plant system which will consist of both a site wide high temperature and ambient temperature loop, owned and operated by a separate utility. Both loops will be served by high efficiency condensing boilers; the high temperature loop will provide domestic hot water and the low temperature loop will serve heat pump based technology. Heat will be recovered from the low temperate system and reused to heat the pool, as well as to preheat the domestic hot water.
