Bringing 25 years of experience to the administration department, Debbie leads the clerical team at Elementa to support the various business divisions of the firm. Prioritising organisation and a proactive approach, Debbie streamlines wide ranging tasks to effectively serve both the needs of internal employees whilst ensuring an orderly front of house. Responsible for HR procedures within the firm, Debbie is the first point of call for all employment measures and maintains updated HR policies. Debbie administers Elementa’s training and development scheme which complements her passion to drive employee’s personal growth to enhance the company’s overall performance.
