Elementa Consulting has just handed over a £19m commercial development for Standard Life. The project involved the redevelopment of a site in the City of London on east boundary of Old Bailey Law Courts within the Ludgate Hill Conservation Area. 75,000 sqft NLA of new build office accommodation over 8 floors, shell and core, category A fit out.
During construction a number of architectural changes were required. Elementa re-designed the affected areas which ensured minimal impact to both the tenants plant area & construction programme. Elementa used in depth knowledge of the BREEAM process and M&E expertise to manage the design to achieve BREEAM ‘very good’ with minimal increase in cost & no change to programme. |
