The Jordan

The four-story, 97,000 square foot, wood-framed building contains 90 units, over 80% of which are multi-bedroom family apartments. The primary entrance and building lobby are located at the corner of Wilson and Wakefield, while service access to the parking garage which is below and extends over the entire property, three stories down.

Integral Group provided full service mechanical and electrical engineering services for the new affordable and sustainable multi-family residential building. The residential design was made in light of long-term costs and a commitment to sustainable practices such as: energy star, high efficiency, on demand common water heating system, fluorescent light fixtures throughout the facility.
