Queen + Ashbridge Revitalization


The Queen & Ashbridge revitalization is a redevelopment of Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC)’s existing Don Summerville Apartments at Queen Street. The project will create quality affordable and market housing within a new mixed-use, mixed-income community.

Building 1 will be a 15-story market residential building, with a total GFA of approximately 420,000sf, approximately 18,000sf of commercial on Level 1, a total of 433 residential units and 20 Townhouses, and 3 Levels of Parking (Approximately 80,000sf and 329 spaces).

Building 2 will be a 10-story residential building built for Toronto Community Housing (TCHC), with a total GFA of approximately 113,000sf, a total of 122 residential units (39 x 1B, 35 x 2B, 48 x 3B), and 1 Level of Parking (Approximately 14,000sf and 35 spaces).

Integral Group is providing mechanical and electrical design, commissioning, sustainability, and energy modeling consulting services on the project.
