One NoMA Station

One NoMA Station

The Woodward & Lothrop Service Warehouse is a historic warehouse located in the NoMa neighborhood of Washington, D.C. It was designated a District of Columbia Historic Landmark in 1993, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. The warehouse was built to incorporate areas for  service, storage, and delivery, it is one of the few examples of such a mixed-use warehouse.

Integral Group was part of the team that provided development of One NoMa Station, a 480,000 ft², speculative Class A office building delivered to the Washington, DC market. The now redeveloped building is registered for certification under LEED’s Existing Building Operation and Maintenance (EBO&M) system and leased to federal tenants.

Soon after providing engineering services for the renovation/conversation into an office building, Integral Group was involved in the renovations of 480,000 ft² of tenant office. These amenities include a fitness center, north and south lobbies, exterior parking canopy, upgraded site lighting, loading dock security upgrades. Multi-tenant building standards were also developed. Federal tenants include: Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). DHS, Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL). DHS, U.S. Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
