North Hertfordshire District College Letchworth Town Hall Regeneration Project

Elementa were involved in the regeneration of the listed Letchworth Town Hall building which had laid dormant for several years. North Hertfordshire District College are utilising the building at the heart of Letchworth to house some of their core administration and senior management team.

Elementa’s work on this project included all mechanical, electrical and public health design. Elementa provided a full asset survey prior to purchase then designed the building services in line with modern office standards.

Elementa have been careful to compliment the original design of the listed building and not destroy the original features of the building, which was originally designed by architect Raymond Unwin.
