AAIPharma Services Corporation (AAIPharma) is a drug development company providing services to pharmaceutical, biotechnolog,y and medical device companies. Modifications were made the company’s headquarters by converting approximately 44,000 ft² of existing office to analytical, validation, testing, and small scale manufacturing pharmaceutical laboratory spaces. Laboratory functions  incorporated into the new space included; Biology, Microbiology, Formulations Development, Analytical Development, Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry.  An additional 10,000 ft² of exiting office space was reconfigured and updated.
