Paul is an experienced electrical designer and project leader with a wide and varied knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering services, ranging from conception to completion including design, installation, quality assurance and inspection, and final handover to client.
He has 25 years’ experience working in the construction industry, working for both consultants and mechanical and electrical contractors, clients and sub-contractors, and is adept at liaising with client and other professional teams and stakeholders. His main strength is the ability to incorporate ‘build ability’ issues into his designs.
Paul has undertaken the MEP Lead overseeing a multi-service MEP team undertaking multiple fast track projects. Requirements consist of mechanical, electrical, public health, environmental, specialist lighting, catering, AV, fire detection, and security / CCTV along with understanding the clients requirements and maintaining complete control of costs and resources to achieve the project completion.
