Marguerita is a qualified engineer with over 15 years of experience in design, construction, site supervision, building physics, and sustainability. She qualified as a Low Carbon Consultant and Low Carbon Energy Assessor with CIBSE in 2009, advising architects and engineers in low-energy and low-carbon solutions for buildings, producing thermal, daylight, general environmental, and energy reports utilizing various industry-approved simulation packages.

In 2017 Marguerita was part of a team as co-author of the new overheating guidance for houses, CIBSE’s TM59 Design methodology for the assessment of overheating risk in homes. Dynamic, determined, self-motivated individual with good communication and team-work skills.

Marguerita is passionate about her work and believes passive design solutions and a holistic approach are the keys to energy-efficient buildings and truly sustainable projects.
