Kevin Leung

With a decade of experience in the green building industry, Kevin is a strong advocate for an integrated design approach where building energy analysis and simulation can play a vital role in meeting sustainability goals of new construction projects at an early stage. He has extensive experience working with various types of energy simulation software and has facilitated many energy charrettes throughout North America. Kevin has intimate knowledge of building codes and standards such as the BC Energy Step Code, Toronto Green Standard, NECB, ASHRAE, CMHC, and Passive House, in addition to utility incentive programs such as Clean BC and Fortis BC.
