Kai is a graduate of one of the most prestigious institutions of higher learning in China, Shanghai Jiaotong University with a degree in Engineering. With his solid educational background, Kai has a thorough understanding of the fundamental principles of mechanical systems for various buildings. Kai brings over 17 years of experience and expertise to the Team with a focus on sustainable design and specializing in design-build, tenant improvement and renovation projects. He has successfully completed a variety of projects including offices, retail, residential, student housing and restaurants.
