Juan has over fifteen years of comprehensive plumbing and fire protection design experience in commercial buildings, mixed use facilities, healthcare, laboratories, industrial facilities, academic institutions, and residential complexes. Since then, Juan has become known among local architects and developers for his attentive client service and high-quality plumbing design. He manages design projects, produces technical writing for studies, he has performed quality assurance, design reviews and pre-design deliverables.
Juan conducts quality control checks on construction documents and coordinates with architects, structural, civil and electrical engineers. He assisted in developing research strategies in water efficiency, waste water reuse and treatment processes,grey water systems and other sustainable design practices. He performs LEED calculations and oversees LEED strategies.
