Ivan Lee

Ivan brings over 20 years of industry experience with considerable knowledge in the design of lighting, power systems, life safety and communications systems. His knowledge includes a variety of building types including healthcare, education, offices and laboratories. He has completed an array of projects for Vancouver Coastal Health such as renovation and tenant work for both the Vancouver General and UBC Hospitals. In addition, Ivan has completed energy audits for schools and mixed use buildings. His personal guiding philosophy is to design electrical systems that focus on the total life cycle cost rather than initial or maintenance costs alone.
