Ian Armstrong

Ian is a mechanical engineer with twenty-five years of experience in building services engineering design and consultancy. He has worked in a variety of sectors including commercial, new construction, mixed-use, retail, fit-out, high-end residential, listed buildings and data centre/critical systems. Ian’s primary role has been to deliver successful building services designs through to completion and beyond. Through his work he has gained valuable experience in due-diligence, dilapidation reviews, maintenance procurement, and lease negotiations. Ian has experience working on projects throughout the United Kingdom as well as abroad.
