Bill Overturf is a mechanical engineer with more than 35 years of experience in the design and construction industry.

Before becoming President of Introba, Bill worked at Ross & Baruzzini, a highly regarded international design and consulting firm, for almost 30 years, where he held various design and operational leadership roles, and from 2016 served as its president. In 2020, he joined Integral Group as its second CEO and president, and was responsible for leading organizational and operational excellence across the firm. In 2021, Ross & Baruzzini and Integral Group came together as Introba with Bill leading the new combined business.

Bill holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, is a registered professional engineer in more than 20 states, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
