Megan White joins Introba (formerly Integral Group)’s Senior Management Team providing leadership in delivering our commitments to people and planet.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Megan White as Introba’s Chief Sustainability Officer. This new role embodies our commitment to growing our business sustainably – protecting our planet and improving the wellbeing of both our staff and the communities we serve.

As CSO Megan will take responsibility for applying the levels of ambition and performance for which we strive in every project to our own activities. This includes meeting our Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment announced at the Global Climate Action Summit: for every Introba office to achieve zero operational carbon emissions by 2020.

In 2018 Megan led the delivery of Introba’s first annual Corporate Social and Environmental Sustainability Report. It set out Introba’s vision, goals and performance targets across four areas of focus: our environmental footprint, equity + diversity, health + well-being, education + impact. She will be engaging with colleagues across every office to support them as they realize both group-wide and local sustainability initiatives.

Megan will continue her work with leading organizations to develop and implement transformative sustainability and wellness strategies. Our clients inspire us to go further and faster on our sustainability journey, and by sharing our experiences we believe we can accelerate theirs.
