Introba Celebrates International Women's Day 2019

Introba (formerly Integral Group) is proud to continue to promote and champion equitable gender representation in our workforce. By celebrating our female workforce and their achievements in our industry we commit ourselves to a balanced world, today and for future generations.

Leveraging the value of women in engineering has been a priority for our firm, and Introba has employed over 31% female overall staff and more than 24% female technical staff.  The industry average for female technical staff at engineering firms is 13%.

As a firm and an industry, our work towards a more equitable workforce is far from done. Introba values the smart, driven, amazing women who make up such a significant part of our firm’s talent and continue to seek ways we can #BalanceForBetter, now more than ever.
