ASOS Contact Centre Leavesden Wins BCO Regional Award

Elementa are delighted to announce that one of our leading workplace projects, ASOS Contact Centre, Leavesden has been crowned winner of the ‘Fit Out of Workplace’ category at the 2018 Regional BCO Midlands and Central England Awards.

A building designed to reflect the 24 hour, fast paced nature of the global retail giants, Elementa delivered full MEP services for the expansion and relocation of ASOS’s new customer care centre to Leavesden Park, Greater London. Embracing the digital aspect of the company, the space has been delivered to ensure high levels of resilience as well as promoting staff integration through ASOS’s transparent and collaborative culture.

 

Brian Goldsmith, London’s Managing Principal comments, “It has been very rewarding seeing this project achieve all its goals. ASOS’s new customer care headquarters helped change the perceptions of traditional contact centres through its agile, collaborative spaces and its use of integrated digital technology for both staff and customer satisfaction”. The project team and ASOS had to all work seamlessly throughout the tight programme schedules to meet the two phased handover.

ASOS Leavesden will now compete against other regional winning projects within the Best Fit Out category in a bid to be crowned winner at the National Awards Dinner on the 2nd October 2018. Check out all the regional winners in the Fit Out category here.
