Hilary leads our marketing teams in Canada and the United States, working closely with the region’s business development teams, managing principals, and regional directors. She also collaborates with the regional marketing leads in Australia and the UK as well as the Global Communications team. Before joining Integral Group, Hilary was most recently the founder and CXO of a consulting company that provides proposal management services and helps companies integrate business development activities throughout operations.

Philip Parker has over 25 years of progressive experience delivering complex projects and leading diverse teams to solve multi-faceted challenges. He is a recognized authority in his field, evident by his recent engagement by the City of Calgary to review the City’s internal building design standard and to provide guidance on modernizing the standard to reflect the National Energy Code for Buildings as well as LEED V4.

An expert in hygrothermal simulation Philip is one of a handful of Certified WUFI instructors outside of the US Department of Energy.

With over 20 years of experience within the mechanical engineering industry, Matt’s passion for the natural environment and the communities we share gets showcased in his designs. His designs enable projects to maximize energy, carbon, and water use reduction while maintaining an optimal indoor environment for the occupants of the building, all the while being sensitive to the project budget.

Matt is engaged in the future built environment community through volunteer roles with pre and post-secondary institutions; Matt believes in sharing the knowledge he has gained to make a difference in our shared communities and the natural environment.
