This project involved the high specification Cat B fitout of 18,850 sqft to create a unique office space in Mayfair providing head office facilities for a leading international production company. As a media company with credits including Four Weddings and a Funeral, Billy Elliot and Bridget Jones’ Diary, the Client were keen to include a range of specialist features. These features include editing suites, 40 seat acoustically sealed cinema screening room, breakout areas, entertainment spaces, bar, offices and a communications room.
Our work on this project included detailed design for mechanical,electrical and public health engineering. Special features included specialist lighting and provision for state-of-the-art audio-visual systems. |
