This project comprised the provision of a new Warehouse for the Champion Timber retail chain. The development included a timber sales office and the installation of specialist machinery.
Elementa’s work on this project included mechanical, electrical and public health design. Sustainable design included energy efficient lighting compliant with Part L and sympathetic to the timber sold in the Warehouse. Specialist features include saw dust extract system, telephone exchange, data network and PDQ. |
