Situated on Northumberland Avenue in London, this project involved the transformation and restoration of a Grade II Listed property into a modern business hotel and student accommodation. The hotel comprises a Club QuartersTM hotel, student accommodation for the London School of Economics and a separate restaurant, banqueting and conference facility.
Elementa’s work included the integration of modern mechanical, electrical and public health services. Innovative solutions were developed in order to retain original features and install a mix of pod and on site fabricated bathrooms and risers to maximise lettable area. This development highlights Elementa’s practical approach to energy and sustainability, the outcome being an exemplary energy performing building. |
