This project involved the provision of a new enlarged reception area incorporating waiting area, brokers meeting area, brokers ‘hub’, VIP lounge and associated amenities. This created a unique ‘shop front’ for a leading insurance underwriter in London. The 200m² waiting and meeting areas can be converted into a function space capable of accommodating 150 people.
M & E Services provided included an upgrade of the air-conditioning to adequately condition the space whilst events are in progress, mood lighting, fully adjustable scene setting giving a high flexibility for the use of this space.
Existing M&E services were adapted in order to accommodate the new functions. |
