This project involved the conversion of a building with a listed façade to create 14 luxury apartments. Two commercial units were included at ground and lower ground levels. The electrical, mechanical, public health and lift services designs involved integration of the life safety systems between the apartments and commercial units
M & E Services included Building Regulations compliant and energy efficient lighting, comfort cooling, heating and ventilation services in apartments as well as air conditioning reverse cycle systems to commercial units. Specialist services included boosted water services, integrated home entertainment and data cabling, independent electrical services to each apartment, AOV smoke ventilation, fire alarm and door access systems.
