This project involved the refurbishment of a Victorian Gothic College with the addition of three contemporary floors creating 49 Apartments, Duplexes and Triplexes and 2 units providing circa 10,000sq ft of A3 commercial space.
Elementa supplied the following services for this project: Performance duties electrical, detailed design of the mechanical and ventilation scheme, thermal modelling of natural ventilation scheme to ensure the temperatures were within acceptable limits, detailed design of below ground drainage and supply of performance specification for carpark ventilation. |
