This project saw the restoration of a listed building built in 1878 as the Hotel Victoria and occupied by the MOD for the last 60 years, retaining original features.
M & E Services included the integration of modern services into a listed building in a commercially viable way.
Further to this, Elementa's work included the installation of a creative air conditioning solution, developing a way of integrating fan coil units under the base of the beds where there are no false ceilings.
The existing building had a small number of central bathrooms and providing plumbing for over 500 bedrooms with en-suite was a major challenge.
