Elementa have been involved with Royalton since 2005 and have completed a number of projects including new build executive houses and apartments at Copse Manor, Red Lodge and Millbourne House. A number of these projects require bespoke designs for clients based upon Royaltons technical specifications. Developments could include swimming pools, steam rooms, sauna, gymnasiums, theatres, underground parking and wine cellars.
Elementa have provided mechanical, electric, public health and sustainability design services. This has included energy strategies, SAP calculations to comply with Part L of the building regulations and renewable technologies, high end audio-visual, security and access control. |
