| This scheme includes the refurbishment of 373 existing homes, including a 20-storey apartment block, as well as providing new housing to replace the 166 Bison “Wallframe” pre-fabricated flats. Our work on this project involves supporting the post transfer detailed business case, fully costed options appraisals for refurbishment and new build, stock condition surveys, renewable and sustainable energy studies and employers requirements for the mechanical, electrical and public health services refurbishment and installation. Elementa provided design options and appraisals in order to provide detailed solutions and design to meet the clients requirements. Special features include the design of a bio fuel communal heating system with links to existing dwellings and other sites. |
