This project is one of the largest mixed use community schemes currently under construction. This rare example of low-rise, high density, mixed use urban development will include the renovation of 400 residential flats as part of the major scheme. The scheme is being undertaken in tandem with the retail centre refurbishment. When complete it will provide a new and expanded facility appropriate for the needs of the local residents.
