One of the largest mixed use community schemes currently under construction, The Brunswick Centre comprises 60 retail units, 400 residential flats, a new supermarket and medical centre as well as 500 secure car parking spaces the famous art house cinema, The Renoir. The Brunswick development is a Grade II listed building designed by Patrick Hodgkinson in the 1960s. This rare example of low-rise, high density, mixed use urban development will include the renovation of 400 residential new flats as part of the major scheme. M & E Services include replacement of MPHW heating installations to occupied residences, together with electrical upgrade and rewiring including TV distribution systems |
