The project comprised the fitout and refurbishment of 4 floors to provide flexible serviced office accommodation. New contemporary receptions with flexible break out areas were provided as well as meeting room suites, large comms rooms, new supplementary ventilation & air conditioning system, energy efficient lighting design, aesthetic lighting in a contemporary office space with full height glazing and integral blinds.
M & E Services included upgrade of the air-conditioning to adequately condition the space, communications Room UPS, small power and energy efficient lighting. Existing M&E services were modified in order to accommodate the new functions. |
