This development involved a 170-seat brasserie located on the site of the former Stock Exchange on Old Broad Street. The restaurant replicates the informal brasserie that originally opened in the 17th arrondissement of Paris nearly 50 years ago.
Elementa’s work on this project included mechanical, electrical and public health design including full air conditioning and a very high acoustic specification.td> |
