The groups expansion and rationalisation program involved the development and construction of trade parks with multiple branches, the construction and fit out of new build and refurbished branches and rationalisation of the internal infrastructure including energy reduction measures and modification of stores to ensure brand compliance to create a similar customer experience in each store.
Elementa’s role on these projects included all mechanical, electrical and public health design; specifically site development including surveys and the negotiation and procurement of utilities. Specialist services included energy surveys and strategies, maintenance rollout programs and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s.) |
