Elementa is one of the apppointed building services consultants assisting Starbucks on their UK expansion programme of coffee houses. These projects involve the fit out of refurbished and new build retail units including the first drive through Starbucks in Wales. Key to the success of these projects is the quality control to ensure brand compliance to create a similar customer experience in each store.
Elementa’s work on these projects includes all mechanical, electrical and public health design including project management and the negotiation and procurement of all utilities. Specialist services include full air conditioning, drainage, ventilation, IT/comms systems and electrical systems, fully fitted restaurant and kitchen compliant with hygeine standards. |
