The development of an existing residential building in London’s world renowned Park Lane into a 157 room, 5 star Marriott Hotel is one of the largest hotel projects that Elementa has participated in.
Work on this project included mechanical and electrical deisgn for the main hotel and 18 luxury serviced apartments. Key features included building services engineering for a fitness centre and leisure pool (located in the basement), high end acoustic specification and service design for the hotels extensive restaurant and kitchens. As with all projects of the scale and standard, meticulous preparation, attention to detail and exemplary project management were the key to successful delivery. |
