The Hotel du Vin Cheltenham includes 49 guestrooms, a 1420 sqft Health du Vin Spa comprising treatment rooms, manicure station, spray tan booth, steam room and monsoon shower. Elementa assisted to transform this building, formerly the 100 year old Carlton Hotel into a boutique hotel, providing 21st century building services. Elementa’s work included the provision of mechanical and electrical services including full air conditioning with variable refrigerant flow, hygeine compliant services for the fully fitted bistro and kitchen, energy compliant lighting, lift design, public health design and high speed interactive TV systems and internet. Sustainable features include low energy lighting, solar hot water with phase change storage and water saving devices throughout. |
