In 2008, Elementa helped to convert the 18th Century old ‘Mansion House’ Hotel into a 38 bedroom Hotel du Vin. The hotel includes bistro, bar, private dining rooms and meeting rooms, wine cellar with laroche tasting table and an outdoor area for alfresco dining with a bothy lodge.
Elementa’s work included replacement of all mechanical services, full air conditioning (with variable refrigerant flow), public health services, lift design and specification, energy compliant lighting and engineering services for the bistro and kitchen. Sustainable measures included energy compliant lighting and water saving devices throughout. Specialist services included digital satellite TV, high quality music systems and internet. |
