This project involved the redevelopment of a site in the City of London on the south boundary of Old Bailey law courts within the Ludgate Hill Conservation Area.
Provision of circa 75000 sqft NLA of new build office accommodation over 8 floors. Shell and core and category A fit out. M&E services provided included: Carbon Emissions - planning commitment met using on site low and zero carbon renewable technologies.
Energy efficient air conditioned building compliant with Part L2A.
Efficient Lighting compliant with lighting guide LG7.
Independent electrical and mechanical services to each notional tenanted area. |
