This project involved the conversion of the 19th Century ‘Gin Palace’ formerly owned by Nicholsons Brewery into a Pub du Vin with 6 ensuite bedrooms. The bathrooms have the trademark Hotel du Vin style.
Full M & E Services were provided, including air conditioning throughout with variable refrigerant flow, energy compliant lighting, lifts, public health services, hot and cold water. Energy compliant lighting and water saving devices were installed throughout, together with digital satellite TV, high quality music systems and internet.
