In 2007 Elementa helped to restore and redevelop the former Great Western Rail Hotel into the stunning 75-bedroom Malmaison Reading.
Our work on this project included: provision of all mechanical and electrical services (including full air conditioning, public health services, lift design and specification and low energy lighting); service design for the restaurant and kitchen; service design for all 75 luxury bathrooms; and IT services for high-speed interactive TV and internet.
As with a number of hotel and leisure projects we undertake, work entailed transforming an historic building into a stylish boutique hotel with a full range of contemporary services. |
