This new build facility was completed in March 2009. Constructed under a P21 Contract it is one of a number of highly specialised facilities that we have developed for Foundation Hospitals across the UK. The Basildon project involved the development of a new endoscopy unit to the front of the existing building. Facilities within the new unit include treatment rooms, a reception area and a recovery suite.
Elementa provided a full range of mechanical and electrical services for the project including a range of low energy strategies to ensure compliance with NHS carbon guidelines. |
